A nondegradable material water treatment composition including pseudomonas species Knicks -36 is arranged to have nondegradable material processing performance in dye wastewater and there is high process efficiency not cause the second pollutant, has toxicity. One nondegradable material water treatment composition includes depositing the pseudomonas species Knicks -36 to a deposit number KAC 91258P and the material in dye wastewater. By using pseudomonas species Knicks -36, the material in dye wastewater in dye wastewater is handled by it. When nondegradable material is processed, an activated sludge process is used.
