摘要

A method for differentiating the mesenchymal stem cell and for culturing chondrocytes by using the alginate-coated fibrin/HA(hyaluronate) composite scaffold is provided to improve the cultivation stability of the fibrin/HA composite by preventing rapid decrease of size and degradation in cultivation, thereby treating cartilage disease. The method for culturing chondrocyte comprises the steps of: mixing the firstly cultivated chondrocyte with the fibrinogen/HA solution consisting of 50-95 wt.% of fibrinogen and 5-50 wt.% of HA; adding CaCl2, factor VIII and thrombin into the mixed solution to prepare the fibrinogen/HA composite support; coating the fibrinogen/HA composite support to which the chondrocyte is fixed with alginate; and cultivating the chondrocyte fixed to the fibrinogen/HA composite support.
