摘要

A sweet and sour pine needles tea composition, and a method for preparing the tea composition are provided to improve purity and to obtain the fatigue recovery effect. A sweet and sour pine needles tea composition comprises 70 ~ 60 wt% of pine needles (pine sprouts 20% and pine needles 80%); 10 ~ 20 wt% of a black bean; 10 ~ 1 wt% of Glycyrrhizae Radix; 1 ~ 10 wt% of stevia; 6 ~ 2 wt% of citric acid; 2 ~ 5 wt% of vitamin C; and 1 ~ 2 wt% of Salicornia herbacea.
