A method for differentiating human embryonic stem cells and human embryonic carcinoma cells into the cardiomyocytic lineages is provided to contribute to development of the cell therapy products for the treatment of cardiac disorder, and to be used for medicine effect verification system and new medicine production for developing cardiac muscle cell differentiation induction material and the cardiac function reinforced material. The human embryonic stem cells and human embryonic carcinoma cells are differentiated into the cardiomyocytic lineages by cultivating the human embryonic stem cells and human embryonic carcinoma cells in the culture medium containing 0.1-20 mM the type 1 TGF(transforming growth factor) beta receptor(TbetaRI) inhibitor represented by the chemical formula(1), (2) or (3).
