A saturated air manufacturing container, an apparatus for simulating the performance of a combustor having the same, and a saturated air manufacturing method are provided to form a baffle on the inner wall of a housing and guide gas to flow while avoiding the baffle to extend a time required for the gas to pass a volatile liquid material. A saturated air manufacturing container includes a housing(130), a gas inlet, an outlet(170), and a baffle. The housing contains a volatile liquid material(150). The gas inlet is formed at the bottom of the housing. The outlet is formed at the top of the housing and exhausts saturated air including the volatile liquid material. The baffle is formed on the inner side of the housing and extended inward and has a plate shape.
