A signal transmission method using CDM, capable of reducing effect of channel estimation error in a multiple antenna system using transmission diversity is provided to reduce a maximum value of interference quantity when the channel estimation error occurs. CDM(Code Division Multiplex) of an input symbol is performed by using a code according to a predetermined spreading matrix(S401). The code division multiplexed symbol is transmitted through a plurality of antennas according to the Alamouti method(S402). The spreading matrix includes a phase at which the first and second components comprising interference due to the channel measurement error are orthogonal each other. The Alamouti method is 4 antenna block Alamouti mode. The predetermined spreading matrix is a matrix multiplying j to one row among four rows of 4*4 Hadamard matrix.
