A three-dimensional image reconfiguration method for reconstructing insufficient data which rotates an X-ray generator and a detector at a restricted angle is provided to reduce the exposure dose of X rays about a patient and to obtain the tomography image with a superior picture quality. A CT apparatus obtains projection data(S210). A projection data obtained from the CT apparatus is re-projected and three-dimensional data is acquired(S220). A fast Fourier transform is applied to 3D data(S230). 3D data which the fast Fourier transform is applied to is filtered(S240). An inverse fast Fourier transform is filtered is applied to the data(S250). The three-dimensional image is re-organized(S260).
