A lentiviral vector is provided to facilitate the gene introduction into the various cell lines, and induce the expression decrease and overexpression of different genes by using tetracycline and doxycycline without affecting the expression of other genes within the genome. The tetracyclin-inducible vector is the lentiviral vector containing two tet-operator sequences, wherein one tet-operator is located in the upstream adjacent to the EF1alpha promoter to control the expression of gene operably linked to the EF1alpha promoter; and another tet-operator is located in the upstream of H1 promoter to control the expression of siRNA(small interfering RNA) operably linked to the H1 promoter.
