A terminal insertion force measuring device is provided to simplify inspection procedure, reduce inspection time, and improve inspection efficiency by inspecting upper and lower limits of elastic deformation allowed to a fork pin at a time. An upper limit gauge pin(21) having a predetermined width is formed with a lifting through-hole(23) in the longitudinal direction inside. A lower limit gauge pin(33) having a width smaller than the upper limit gauge pin moves into and out of the upper limit gauge pin via the lifting through-hole. An elastic element(29) is mounted in the lifting through-hole between an outer surface of the lower limit gauge pin and an inner surface of the upper limit gauge pin.
