A feed additive for a fish using photosynthetic bacteria is provided to promote growth of a fish, improving an immunity system, and enhance quality of water by using a rodopsudomonas rutila. A feed additive for a fish using photosynthetic bacteria includes water having mineral and organized germanium, a rodopsudomonas rutila as photosynthetic bacteria, at least one protein source, at least one carbohydrate source, and at least one oil source. The protein source is selected from one group consisting of fish powder, casein, meat bone powder, and shrimp powder. The carbohydrate source is selected from one group consisting of sweet potato starch, potato starch, and wheat starch. The oil source is selected from one group consisting of rape oil, soybean oil, corn oil, pollack liver oil and squid oil.
