A radio wave reflector focusing electron wave of solar radiation and a thermal storage unit using electron wave is provided to maintain solar radiation from a radio wave reflector to a conversion thermal storage unit in an electric wave state, inducing it. A radio wave reflector focusing electron wave of solar radiation and a thermal storage unit using electron wave comprise a wave guide inducing radio energy collected by a radio wave reflector(11); a conversion and thermal energy storage unit(20) converting radio wave carried along the wave guide into thermal energy; and an energy supply unit(30) enabling the use of thermal energy accumulated in the conversion and thermal energy storage unit.
