THE COMPOSITIONS OF CHARCOAL-PIGMENT FOR BUILDING INTERIOR DECORATION USING THE COCONUT MILK AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD

A paint composition with a charcoal-pigment is provided to ensure harmless and environment-friendly properties and secure heat resistance and flame retardancy. A paint composition with a charcoal-pigment comprises 5-20 wt% of charcoal powder, a 20-30 wt% of filler, a 20-50 wt% of binder, a 5-15 wt% of natural coconut liquid collected from a palm fruit, a 2-8 wt% of a quick drying agent, a 5-15 wt% of hiding agent, and 10-30 wt% of water. A method for preparing a paint with a charcoal-pigment is composed of the following steps of: dispersing and hydrating the charcoal powder by adding the filler to the charcoal powder(i); inserting the binder between the hydrated charcoal powder layers(ii); and adding the collected natural coconut fruit, quick drying agent, hiding agent, and water(iii).
