A NETWORK SECURITY SYSTEM AND A NETWORK SECURITY METHOD BASED ON IEEE 802.1X

A network security system and a network security method based on IEEE 802.1x in which a NAC technology is combined in the network identification system of the IEEE 802.1X base are provided to apply the NAC technology in spite of not changing the network environment of the preexistence IEEE 802.1x base. An authenticator(220) connects the network communications of IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) 802.1x base. A certificate server group(250) is connected through the authenticator, the detour(B.P) and network. A supplicant(210) is connected to network through the authenticator. And the security policy executive program is mounted in the requester. The certificate server group performs the authentication about the requester attempting the connecting network. One or more security policy required to the requester through detour is sent to the certificate server group.
