Noncombustible panel manufacturing method for construction and the noncombustible panel manufactured with the same are provided to be facilitated to manage in the field. A noncombustible panel manufacturing method for construction comprises following steps: a molding step manufacturing the panel for drying having the constant breadth, the length and thickness; a step of coating the noncombustible synthetic resin layer to the constant thickness in inside and outside surface of the panel for drying; a small groove molding step molding the pipe part repeated to the width direction of waveform; a pipe part formation step which passes the pipe area of the single integrated body through and formed into tubular; a pipe part heating up step making the noncombustible state of the panel excellent.
