An alignment system of a laser launcher and an alignment method are provided to set up the laser launcher in the narrow space. An alignment system(2) of a laser launcher(12) mounted on direct fire weapons comprises: an direct fire weapons support stand(20) fixing the direct fire weapons and having the laser launcher; a direct fire weapons target ship(32) having a target(30) having a laser target ship(34) displayed on the surface facing the direct fire weapons support stand; a camera(40) in which a visible ray cut-off filter is mounted, and taking a picture only an image of the infrared wavelength band; and a display unit(50) connected to the camera, and displaying a image taken by the camera.
