摘要

A manufacturing method of nano fluorescent substance is provided to improve color purity, luminous efficiency and dispersion degree, to have uniform-size and to reduce process processing cost using a simple process. A manufacturing method of nano fluorescent substance comprises steps of: manufacturing mixture by dissolving metal precursor, activator and urea(NH2CONH2) in a solvent; controlling pH of the mixture in order to maintain ion state of metal, controlling temperature and manufacturing the fluorescent substance precursor; and obtaining fluorescent substance precursor by sintering the nano fluorescent substance. The sinter step is performed at 500°C to 1400°C for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
