A junction of the concrete deck-plate and steel column is provided that the thin bottom plate installation is possible since the punching shear to the bottom slab is reinforced. A junction of the concrete deck-plate and steel column comprises a steel column(10), a concrete deck-plate, a shear bearing band(11) which is adhered to the location in which the steel column and concrete deck-plate are welded, and which delivers the vertical load from the concrete deck-plate to the steel column, a shearing apparatus installed at the front side direction of the steel column, and a punching shear reinforcement(21) of the shearing apparatus which contacts to the upper side of the leaflet pressure band and in which the end part lower-part is supported.
