An analysis method for determining operator's limited management time when coolant loss accident occurs is provided to extend operator's limited management time by adopting an optimized safety interpretation code system and analyzing the system based on a nuclear power plant system modeling. An optimized accident interpretation code is selected(S1), and generating station's system modeling loops are inputted(S2). The degree of danger is analyzed in each operational mode, and the direction is determined based on the degree(S3). Limitation types are set up through the analysis when coolant loss accident occurs(S4). Satisfactory criteria are set up according to the analyzed limitation types(S5). The accidental conditions of a normal state is set up(S6), and the accidental conditions of an abnormal state is set up(S7). When coolant loss accident occurs, the management time of an operator who operates safe injection is analyzed(S8). The management time is determined(S9), and the influence of main variables is analyzed(S10).
