A micro con penetrating apparatus is provided to independently measure point resistance with the simple and miniaturized structure. A micro con penetrating apparatus(10) is composed of a cone rod(200), a cone driver(400) transmitting the vertical force to the cone rod by producing the vertical force, and a micro cone(100) mounted on one end of the con rod and inserted in the ground. The micro cone is composed of a cone inner tube, a cone tip, a cone outer tube, and a cone strain gauge. The cone inner tube is composed of an inner tube contact part and a stress concentration part composed of first and second stress concentration parts.
