A solvent type polyurethane composition for seam sealing tape is provided to realize various color expression through the addition of pigment and to show the property equal to conventional thermoplastic polyurethane. A solvent type polyurethane composition for seam sealing tape comprises low-viscosity polyurethanes with viscosity of 5000-8000 cps, high-viscosity polyurethanes with viscosity of 80000-100000 cps, cross-linking agent and solvent. A method for manufacturing a polyurethane film comprises the steps of: coating the solvent type polyurethane composition in the form of a film; and proceeding the crosslinking reaction by curing the coated film.
