An outside air intake grill which naturally forms the convection current inside the inflow space is provided that the flow in which inflow and exhaustion of outside are smoothly made of the closed internal space is formed. An outside air intake grill(6) which naturally forms the convection current inside the inflow space comprises a plate body(7) which is installed in the space side and forms one side of the space, an outside air inlet(8) which inflows the outside air to a partial section of the plate body, and an outside air outlet(9) which is formed in the location separated from the outside air inlet. The outside air outlet is formed in the plate body(7) at a constant interval.
