An acid mine drainage natural purification system using a sediment transport channel is provided to prevent permeability from being degraded by the sedimentation of the hydroxy iron. An acid mine drainage natural purification system(100) using a sediment transport channel is composed of a processing tub(10) for purifying the acid mine drainage, a limestone layer(20) for neutralizing the acid mine drainage, an organic layer(30), and a sediment transport channel(40). The organic layer is formed on the limestone layer, and the sediment transport channel is formed along the peripheral direction of the processing tub and is arranged to cover the processing tub.
