A river environment ecology theme providing system for standardizing huge river environment ecological information is provided to perform the construction and management of the river environment ecological information efficiently and systematically. A database(100) stores river environment ecology information including the geographical location of the corresponding information. A GIS(200) stores geological information including graphical information. A central processing unit(300) extracts, selects and manufactures information stored in the GIS and information stored in the database. A client(400) includes an input unit transmitting the input, inquiry, search and management request of the information and includes an output unit outputting an output result from the central processing unit.
