A PET scintillator module using geiger avalanche photodiode is provided to obtain high quality diffusion by using coincidence signal time window. A PET flash module(100') comprises a scintillation crystal body(10), a geiger avalanche photodiode(20), a pinned layer(30), and a signal processing unit(40). The scintillation crystal body detects gamma-ray, and scintillation crystal body is composed of a scintillation crystal(11) and scintillation spread layer(12). The scintillation crystal is arranged as a matrix type, and the flash diffusion layer is positioned under the scintillation crystal. The geiger avalanche photodiode is positioned under the scintillation crystal. The pinned layer supports the geiger avalanche photodiode.
