A TCU and ECT integrated mounting bracket is provided to decrease the number of assembly process because ECU and TCU are successively inserted into a mounting surface integrated with a seat side. A TCU and ECT integrated mounting bracket comprises a horizontal seat surface(110) which corresponds to a wiring connector(10) on the top thereof, and a stepped mounting surface(130) which is extended from the seat surface through a vertical surface(120). A ECU (Electric Control Unit)(20) and a TCU(Transmission Control Unit)(30) are successively inserted into the lower part of the mounting surface. The seat surface and mounting surface are integrated and fixed to the car body.
