One filter bag (18) is mounted on the bottom of a filter cage upper cap (16) of installation, to be curved on a tube sheet (15). One spring guide slot (17) is formed in above the one of the inner space of filter cage upper cap. One stepped height part (12) is inserted into spring guide slot and gradually becomes the narrower direction once towards above the one of venture (11). One slot (13) is formed in stepped height part. One spring (14) is formed in slot. Spring is installed on the slot of venture.
