A stagnant water circulation device for a water supply pipe is provided to prevent tap water from staying in the pipe end by circulating the staying water by the difference between the water pressure of the pipe end and the water pressure of supplied area. A stagnant water circulation device for a water supply pipe comprises a stagnant water backflow prevention valve(30) which is installed on a pipe end(20) of a water supply pipe(10) fitted with one or more branch pipes(12n) to prevent the tap water supplied from the water supply pipe from flowing back to the water supply pipe; a circulation pipe(40) which is interconnected between the pipe end and a water supply pipe of a supplied area(S) to circulate the water staying in the pipe end to the water supply pipe; and a circulation opening and closing part(50) which is installed on the circulation pipe to make the water staying in the pipe end flow to the water supply pipe of the supplied area when the water pressure of a pipe end area(E) formed by the pipe end and the circulation pipe is lower than that of the water supply pipe of the supplied area.
