AN EXERCISING DEVICE FOR HEALTHY INCREASE AND HEIGHT GROWTH PROMOTION

An exercising device for health improvement and height growth promotion is provided to help the height growth of juveniles in a growth period and correct the figure of an adult exposed to various adult diseases due to lack of exercise by contracting and relaxing muscles of upper and lower bodies of users. An exercising device(100) for health improvement and height growth promotion comprises an upper body movement part(50), a foot holding part, a pillar part(20), and a support part(10). The upper body movement part is made from a highly elastic rubber and fixed to the foot holding part. The foot holding part is fixedly joined with the upper body movement part and placed on the top of the pillar part such that feet can be held to the foot holding part. The pillar part supports the exercising device by forming the foot holding part on the top of the pillar part and forming the support part on the bottom of the pillar part. The support part is joined with the bottom of the pillar part to use the exercising device in a state that the exercising device is set up on the ground through the support part.
