摘要

Disclosed is a novel filamentous bacterium SD-F06 strain which can infect a root of a plant and live symbiotically with the plant and is capable of controlling a soil-borne disease. Also disclosed is a material for controlling a soil-borne disease, which comprises a cell of a filamentous bacterium SD-F06 strain or a culture of the cell. Further disclosed is a method for controlling a soil-borne disease in a plant by utilizing the material.
