One ODS (object directory service) device (120) provides URI (uniform resource identifier) information corresponding with RFID mark informations. One OIS (object information service) device (140) provides the contextual information of specific location by specific URI. One health management device (130) supply state identifies that health information uses user's healthcare information and status information by specific URI. One portable terminal (110), which provides, reads RFID mark informations to ODS devices. If URI information is returned, personal digital assistant delivers URI information to health care management device.
