A method for constituting an ice liquor, and a method for circulating an ice liquor are provided to allow a consumer to drink the cool liquor of new form at the moment. A method for circulating an ice liquor comprises the steps of refrigerating an ice liquor container(1) which stores ice(30) and liquor separately; and touching or opening the lid(20) of the container so as to allow the ice and the liquor to be mixed, wherein the ice maintains the crystal structure but the liquor maintains the liquid state during the refrigeration.
