The portable health management device request transmission of bio signal is according to monitoring time corresponding with Supervisory Surveillance Program. Portable health management device receives and stores bio signal according to monitoring period. Risk analysis one health management service of execution that portable health management device selects and rewrites Supervisory Surveillance Program by bio signal. One biological signal measurement device (100) measures bio signal according to the transmission request of the bio signal during monitoring the duration. Biological signal measuring equipment transmits bio signal to portable health management device by some areas wireless communication module.
