A carrier moving forward and backward or in every direction is provided to automatically stop or rotate rear wheels such that the carrier moves only forward and backward or moves in every direction if necessary. A carrier moving forward and backward or in every direction includes a connecting ring, a fixing pin(1), front wheels and rear wheels. The connecting ring is attached to the front part of the carrier. When the connecting ring is located in the horizontal direction, the fixing pin automatically fix the rear wheels. When the connecting ring is placed in the vertical direction, a rear wheel fixing part is released such that the carrier freely moves.
