A manufacturing method of high carbon bearing steel capable of reducing heat-treatment time for spheroidizing is provided to improve profitability of a product by manufacturing the excellent high carbon bearing steel with inexpensive cost. A manufacturing method of high carbon bearing steel capable of reducing heat-treatment time for spheroidizing comprises the following steps of: heating high carbon bearing steel having the carbon amount of 0.8~1.1 weight% and a processing die to 200~350°C; adding shear deformation on the high carbon bearing steel with EACP processing; and performing spheroidizing heat-treatment. The spheroidizing heat-treatment is performed at temperature of 700~750°C for 0.5~2 hours.
