An interior and exterior panel for construction coated with enamel is provided to offer non-flammability and flame resistance by coating the surface with enamel, and not to cause environmental pollution by using enamel harmless to the human body, and not to have a surface scratch easily. An interior and exterior panel for construction coated with enamel comprises a spacer member(2), a front panel and a back panel, wherein the spacer member is formed in a honeycomb structure(3) by varying the size and piling in order, and the front panel and the back panel are attached to be opposed to each other by forming an enamel coating layer on the surface at two sides of the spacer member, and the back panel is made with corrugated cardboard. The interior and exterior panel for construction is usable as a partition panel to partition off the indoor space.
