A system for controlling the RAM position of the refining facility for tire industry is provided to change the volume and pressure of the internal space of a chamber and to optimize the addition, mixing, dispersion and distribution of materials, thereby improving the performance of a tire. A system for controlling the RAM position of the refining facility for tire industry comprises a hydraulic RAM drive system; a RAM position control system which adjusts the RAM position to be up during the compound mixing process to widen the reaction space to 1.0-1.5 times and can control the RAM position and pressure even in the mixing first cycle by reflecting the sequence supplied by the software; a RAM pressure control system; and an optimized RAM position and pressure sequence software.
