One cockpit display of traffic information is for automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast by being arranged to fixed safety about abnormal conditions offer trouble-signal and attention function. Antenna (10) is one frame aircraft of external installation and a moving object. ADS-B transmitters (20) broadcast ADS-B message, the unit information of the moving object including aircraft and moving object and earthed system. ADS-B receivers (30) are received through every ADS-B message broadcasts of aircraft and moving object and earthed system by antenna. GPS receiver (60) provides the three-dimensional state of GPS antennas (50) as 3D coordinates. Data processing unit (40), which receives 3D, to be coordinated from GPS receiver and produces ADS-B message. ADS-B messages received in ADS-B receivers are converted.
