An auto pallet changer for NC(Numerical Control) machine having an anti-rotation device is provided to replace a spring and a shaft through the open bottom of a cylinder housing by separating a cap from the cylinder housing without separating the cylinder housing from a frame. An auto pallet changer for NC machine comprises an anti-rotation device(10) which mounts a rotating plate(130) on a frame(100) after rotation. The anti-rotation device is composed of a cylinder housing(101) mounted on the bottom surface of the frame, a shaft(104) which ascends at the rotating plate fixing position to be inserted into the groove of the rotating plate and descends at the rotating plate release position, a dog(112) integrally formed on the bottom of the shaft, and a sensing unit(150) sensing the location of the dog. A detachable cap(103) is mounted on the bottom of the cylinder housing.
