WEAR RESISTANT COATING COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING WEAR RESISTANT LAYER USING THE COMPOSITION, AND PIPE WITH THE RENEWABLE WEAR RESISTANT IN INNER SURFACE

An environment-friendly wear resistant coating composition is provided to form a multi-layered film by using fly ash having different specific gravity, to reduce production costs by using fly ash which is wastes, and to prevent environment. An environment-friendly wear resistant coating composition comprises at least one resin 30-77 weight% selected from polyester resin, epoxy resin and phenol resin; coal ash 20-62 weight% which has specific gravity more than 1; and fly ash 1-8 weight% which has specific gravity smaller than 1. A method for forming the wear resistant coating composition on the inner surface of the pipe comprises the steps of: preparing the wear resistant coating composition consisting of any one resin 30-77 weight% selected from polyester resin, epoxy resin and phenol resin, fly ash 20-62 weight% and cenosphere 1-15 weight%; injecting the wear resistant coating composition inside a pipe(110); and applying centrifugal force to the wear resistant coating composition by rotating the pipe at high speed to form a high speed layer(120).
