A novel protein related to peptidoglycan-recognition signal transmission is provided to activate by tenebrio Tm-14 and toll pathway and detect bacteria infection. A protein related to peptidoglycan recognition signal transmission comprises an amino acid sequence of the sequence 1(SEQ ID NO:1). A gene coding the protein comprises a base sequence of the sequence number 2. A kit for detecting bacteria infection in a sample comprises the protein of the sequence 1. The kit used in a form of solution, freeze-dry powder, freeze solution, or strip. The kit comprises a tenebrio PGRP-SA containing a amino acid of the sequence 3, tenebrio GNBP1 containing an amino acid of the sequence 4, tenebrio MSP-1 containing an amino acid of the sequence 5, tenebrio MSP-2 containing an amino acid of the sequence 6, and tenebrio Tm-41 containing an amino acid of the sequence 7. The kit further comprises beta-lytic protease (blp), lysozyme, or blp and lysozyme.
