A loess panel and a construction method thereof are provided to emit far infrared rays from loess components and sericite components, thereby bringing sound sleep within a short time. A method for constructing a loess panel comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing 50-80 parts of loess, 10-30 parts of sericite powder, 5-15 parts of white cement, 0.5-5 parts of meta kaolin, 0.1-1 part of germanium and 0.1-1 part of pulp in a mixer; adding water 5-15wt% the amount of the mixture and kneading them; compressing and molding the mixture to prepare a loess panel(10) with narrow parts and concavo-convex parts on the external surface; and naturally drying the panel in a drying room for 10-20 days.
