A manufacturing method of a concrete beam which is additionally prestressed by an H-beam and a steel sheet is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by using an H-beam and a steel sheet. A manufacturing method of a concrete beam which is additionally prestressed by an H-beam and a steel sheet comprises: a step setting up a steel sheet(62) connected by an H-beam(61) and a bolt(63) on the upper flange of a concrete mold(60) before a prestressed concrete steel wire is inserted and prestress is performed; a step making a prestressed concrete beam(70) including the H-beam and the steel sheet by installing the prestressed concrete steel wire and applying tensile force; a step mounting the prestressed concrete beam including the H-beam and the steel sheet on a abutment and a pier which is a lower structure and removing the steel sheet which is installed on the H-beam before pouring the bottom slab concrete; and a step pouring bottom slab concrete on the prestressed concrete beam in which the H-beam is installed due to removing the steel sheet.
