A harmonic compensation and isolated operation prevention method are provided to detect the load current in the isolated operation and to extract harmonic component from the solar cell generating system and their system. The solar cell generating system comprises a solar cell array, a three phase inverter(20), a load(40), a first and second LC parallel filter, and a first and second detecting sensors(60,61) and a power control unit(70). The solar cell generating system more includes a third detecting sensor(62). The load current is transformed and is filtered in the power control unit. The load current is the sum current of output current of three phase inverter detected from second detecting sensor and the systematic current found from third detecting sensor. The filtered load current becomes the reverse conversion to extract the harmonic component.
