A car safety park training manual for a novice driver is provided to prevent a vehicle accident by allow a user to park the car through a parking manual which is designed by making parking conditions as a formula. A parking space(20) is comprised of a parking section by a horizontal line(14) and a perpendicular line(16). The vehicles(10) are parked right while having a certain interval from the parking section and the perpendicular line. The parking section perpendicular line of the parking space is equally divided to 10 equal parts(24). According to the exhaust volume of the vehicles, the shoulder line of a driver is adjusted to the predetermined section position of the parking section perpendicular line.
