A drainage and decompression device of the sterilizer is provided, which accurately grasps the time that drainage and pressure reduction of the sterilizing room is needed. A drainage and decompression device of the sterilizer comprises: a sterilizer main body; a sterilizing room performing the sterilization through the sterilization cycle determined in the sterilizer main body; a door for opening and closing the sterilizing room; a safety valve for the pressure release formed in the sterilizer main body; a drainage and decompression device(1) installed inside the sterilizer; an electronic drain valve and an electronics exhaust valve which are installed at the outside of the sterilizing room and control the discharge of the sterilizing water and air in the sterilizing room; an operation key(2); a safety detecting device(3); a door detecting device(4); and a microprocessor(5) processing the control signal for operating the sterilizer.
