UBIQUITOUS RISK CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ADMINISTRATION OF A DANGEROUS ARTICLE TRANSPORT CAR

A ubiquitous risk control system for administration of a dangerous article transport vehicle is provided to process rapidly and correctly an accident by managing the dangerous article transport vehicle. A mobile terminal(10) indicates a position, a state, loading information, and driver information of a dangerous article transport vehicle(C). A sensor network(20) is connected with a RF tag formed at the dangerous article transport vehicle in order to track an entering state of a dangerous block of the dangerous article transport vehicle in a real-time period. A danger management center(30) monitors the information of the dangerous article transport vehicle in the real-time period by using a CDMA network. A middleware server(40) produce a danger index of the corresponding vehicle by using the information of the dangerous article transport vehicle. An emergent rescue server(50) proposes a standard treatment process and performs rapidly an accident prevention and an emergent expedient.
