A state of a network to transmit an image is monitored(200). A bandwidth which can be used for image transfer is detected(202). The bast optimal spatial resolution is selected(204). In order to have the selected spatial resolution, the frame size of the image is controlled(206). A receiving party resizes the controlled frame size into an original size and displays the image after receiving the reduced image(208).
