A heterocyclic compound, and a method for preparing the heterocyclic compound are provided to improve yield under the mild reaction condition. A heterocyclic compound is any one selected from the compounds represented by the formula 5, the formula 6 and the formula 8, wherein R1 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, silyl, propargyl or a heteroaryl group containing at least one of nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur; R2 is alkyl, aryl or alkenyl; R3 and R4 are hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, a heteroaryl group containing at least one nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, or a heteroaryl group connected with alkyl; R5 is hydrogen, alkyl or aryl; X is nitrogen (N), oxygen (O) or sulfur (S); and Y is nitrogen (N), oxygen (O), the sulfur (S) or hydrocarbon (CH).
