A manufacturing apparatus of earth balls for creating natural and ecological rivers is provided to increase productivity of the earth balls by manufacturing the earth balls within a short time by a mechanical system. A manufacturing apparatus of earth balls for creating natural and ecological rivers comprises: a forward/backward moving cylinder(11) fixed to a frame(10); a plurality of molding cups(20) integrally formed to place on the supporting plate, connected to the forward/backward moving cylinder, and horizontally installed on an intermediate part of the frame; a supporting plate(12) of which one side is flat, of which an intermediate part has concave grooves(13) formed therein in the same number and distance as those of the molding cups, and of which the other side has discharge holes(14) formed therein in the same number and distance as those of the molding cups; a hopper installed directly above the flat part of the supporting plate; a plurality of molding punches which are liftably installed directly above the concave groove-formed portions of the supporting plate, and which have concave grooves(44) formed therein in the same number and distance as those of the molding cups; a plurality of pushers(50) liftably installed directly above the discharge hole-formed portions of the supporting plate in the same number and distance as those of the molding cups; and a collection container(60) installed under the discharge holes.
