A pet etiquette service system and a method thereof for preventing the abnormal behavior of the pet while watching TV are provided to maintain the state of pet and disturbance or the sound barking of the pet. A pet etiquette service is selected from a user(S410). Pet etiquette contents causing the sound which comfortably maintains the state of the pet prevents the disturbance or the sound barking(S420). The selected pet etiquette contents are provided through the cable network(S430). The provided pet etiquette contents are outputted to the display device(S440).
